During one of our visits to the site we were advised that there had been a last minute change to the plan we had seen of the development. As we were alongside the road there was originally an intention to run a path from the flats to the public pavement bordering the road. The mail boxes for the flats would have been added to either side of the door and this would have provided extra access to the existing car park entrance on the other side. This pavement/access route however had been changed, basically Wimpey had decided to remove it. We were told it was a last minute design change. We had no problem with it and agreed it wasn't a big deal. No problem we thought!
